Please note that the registration form asks if you are a current member, even if you are currently a student with us everyone is considered new to this program. Please fill out the registration form completely so we can activate your account! You will not be charged until September 5th. All family/class discounts will be applied at that time! CUSTOMER PORTAL: To gain access to the customer portal you must first register for classes. Once you have registered please enter your email address and click on "forgot my password". You will get an email with your password. You then can go back and log into our customer portal.

There is a $20.00 registration fee due per child, per year.
All class fees include your recital costume!
(shoes, tights & any accessories are additional)
All fees will be collected using Auto-pay.
45 minute class ~ $45.00
55 minute class~ $50.00
10% off for each additional class or 2nd immediate family member
Foursis Referral Program-if you refer a dancer and your name is listed on their registration form you receive a $10.00 gift certificate to be used towards anything in our dance store!

The Main Session runs as a 28 week session. Class Fees are paid monthly and are charged to your account the 1st of every month using Auto-pay.
There is no reduced rate for "short" months, just as there is no increased rate for "long" months. In other words, you pay the same class fee every month, whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks of classes in the month. Every class will get the same amount of classes for the Main Session.
Refunds are not given unless Foursis Dance Academy cancels a class on the Main Session Schedule.
We will take registrations up until the end of November 2010. Registration is closed as of December 1st, 2010.
