HOLIDAYS~ The Studio will be closed during most major holidays. A vacation schedule will be given in advance.
SNOW OR BAD WEATHER~ The Studio will be closed and have no classes when the Waterford Graded School District (JT1) closes or if Waterford Union High School cancels afterschool activities due to inclement weather. It is the judgment of the owners if the studio will close due to bad weather on a Saturday. If you are unsure as to whether there is class please check our website or Channel 4, 6, or 12. No refunds will be given for classes missed due to
inclement weather.
GENERAL POLICIES~
- Monthly class fees are due the first class of every month. There is a $5.00 per week late fee for all late payments. If class fees are not paid by the first week of the following month, the dancer will not be allowed to take class until class fees are paid.
- Newsletters are handed out throughout the season. If your dancer was absent the day a newsletter was handed out, the instructor will put your dancer’s name on the newsletter and put it in the pink file holder on the wall in the main lobby. It is your responsibility to check and make sure you have received any and all paperwork.
- Everyone must wait in the studio lobby until your class begins. Dancers will be called into Studio 1, 2 or 3 by their instructor.
- No food or drink allowed anywhere except the studio lobbies.
- No gum chewing is allowed in class.
- Do not leave siblings/friends not involved in dance class at the studio to wait for siblings and/or friends that are in class.
- There is no parent watching except on designated parent watching days. These days will be given to you in our newsletter.
- There is a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
- Recital costumes will not be handed out to any dancer unless their class fees are paid through May. Any dancer who chooses not to complete the Main Session will not receive a costume.
- If you choose to drop a class, no refunds are given.

DRESS CODE
GIRLS-Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Poms, Tumbling & Hip Hop
Girls must wear a leotard, biketard, leggings and/or tights. No street clothes of any kind are allowed. Including pants, knit shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts or street shoes.
HAIR-Hair must be pulled back in a ponytail, bun or braid.
BOYS-Boys can wear comfortable clothing, t-shirt and shorts. No jeans allowed.
SHOES
The shoe style and color listed for each style of dance is also what is required for the recital.
Ballet-Black leather full sole ballet shoes.
Tap-Black slip-on or buckle tap shoes.
Poms/Jazz-Tan slip-on jazz shoes
Hip Hop-White or black dance sneaker
Tumbling-nothing should be worn on the feet, no socks.

ADP Jr. & Sr. Ballet & Pointe Classes– All girls must wear a leotard and tights and ballet shoes. No leggings, foot undeez or jazz shoes.
